Capt. Robert Clements

 G-Company Commander

Capt. Clements receiving his Silver Star after Normandy. Capt. Clements served as G-Company Commander through Normandy. He was wounded in action on June 10 during the fight for the Carentan Causeway. After recovering from his wounds he was promoted to Major and became the Regimental S-2 in Sept 1944. He served in that position until the Battle of the Bulge where he was WIA again.
